As the Turnaround Director, my process involved:

  1. Developing and pitching the core "documentary-style" concept, creating the foundational framework that would guide the entire film.

  2. Scriptwriting and building the complete narrative in the edit, transforming unstructured footage into a powerful story that showcased the product's value.

  3. Executing the complete post-production workflow, from editing and motion graphics to the final color and sound, delivering a polished final product.
